职位：MALDI 微生物质谱应用科学家【Application Scientist, MALDI Microbiology】

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION职位目标：

Responsible for providing high level of pre- and post-sales application-related technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve applications problems through consultation with customers during instrument evaluation, application training and routine analysis.【在仪器评估、应用培训和日常实验过程中，负责向客户提供高水平的的售前与售后应用技术支持从而解决客户提出的应用问题】

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS职责与任务：

1. Independently conduct IVD MALDI Biotyper basic application training course at customer sites or Demo Lab. 【在客户实验室或演示实验室中独立完成体外诊断MALDI Biotyper微生物质谱产品的基本应用培训课程】
2. Able to answer basic questions for customers regarding the instrument operation, data processing and sample preparation【就仪器操作、数据处理和样品制备等方面回复客户的各项基本问题】
3. Demonstrate capabilities of MALDI Biotyper through analysis of sample sets and reporting the results to prospective customers.【通过分析样本和提供数据结果报告，向潜在客户进行MALDI Biotyper微生物质谱仪的性能演示】
4. Translate marketing material including brochures, applications notes and other marketing collateral【对市场推广资料进行翻译整理，包含宣传手册，应用文案以及其他市场宣传品等】

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION任职要求：

1. Master or PhD in medical laboratory sciences, biochemistry, microbiology or other related in life science is required. Preferred with 1-2 years working experience, or new grads of the above majors with great motivation for instrument applications job are also welcomed.【硕士或博士学历，专业要求为临床医学检验，或生物化学、微生物学等相关生命科学专业。1-2年相关工作经验者优先，上述专业的2016年应届研究生若对仪器应用支持工作有强烈兴趣也欢迎应聘】
2. Hand-on experience with microbiology assays or MALDI-TOF and related sample preparation; Able and willing to learning new technology and new skills【要求对于微生物分析有实际操作经验，或熟悉微生物质谱技术及相关样品制备。学习能力强，愿意学习新技术和新应用】
3. A positive team player, self-motivated with basic knowledge of clinical or industrial microbiology.【具有优秀的团队合作精神及上进心，对临床微生物或工业微生物研究有基本了解】
4. Able and willing to travel to cover our distributed instrument base throughout China.【能够并愿意在全国范围内出差为客户提供技术支持】
5. Good spoken and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English【良好的中英文沟通能力】
6. Abide by the rules and regulations of the company【能够遵守公司规章制度和行为准则】
