Job description

• Aetna will provide 2-3 month professional training on health and wellness coaching. Upon receiving certificate endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine, the health & wellness coach will provide the following services:
• Provide one on one onsite wellness coaching to Aetna’s members
• Provide on-going coaching services to members who have higher health risks
• Assist project manager to manage and promote the wellness coaching program
• Participate in the development of disease management programs such as hypertension and diabetes
• Contribute to the development, management and service of group health coaching

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in medicine
• At least 3 years working experience as licensed physician
• Strong communication skills and enjoy talking with people
• Good command of spoken English and listening comprehension
• Competent computer skill in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge or experience in clinical psychology and nutrition preferred
• China Health Management Certificate preferred

主要工作内容描述

• 接受系统的美国健康辅导师（health & wellness coach）培训并获行业证书后，向跨国公司在华员工提供一对一驻场健康辅导服务
• 为健康高风险员工人群提供跟踪式健康辅导服务
• 协助项目经理做好健康辅导项目的项目管理及宣传工作
• 参与特定疾病管理项目的开发、管理和服务 – 如高血压、糖尿病等
• 参与健康讲座的开发、管理和服务

人员要求

• 医学类本科毕业
• 至少三年临床医生经验
• 擅长与人沟通，拥有优异的沟通能力
• 良好的英语听读能力
• 良好的计算机软件应用能力（Word, Excel and Powerpoint）
• 拥有心理学、营养学相关知识及工作背景的优先
• 拥有中国健康管理师职称的优先

Positions: Internship (Ref #:INT091124)

Job Duties:

-         Documents translation from English to Chinese, vice versa

-         Translate of Chinese language medical claims and medical records

-         Written work in decent and correct manner

Requirements:

-         Year three student in major of Clinic medical

-         Good command of English, especially for reading and translation

-         Available to work for 1 – 2 days in a week
