Medical Intern in Pharmacovigilance
Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily case reporting (initial and follow-up case) as per local regulatory requirement and BMS SOP accordingly
2. Ensure all spontaneous AE report/data entered into the local AE tracking system in an accurate, complete and timely manner
3. Process the BMS China PV daily report and follow-up letters
4. Provide support in reporting the SAEs from clinical trials and foreign SUSARs to SFDA
5. Maintain the local safety documents
6. Facilitate the preparation of PV meetings, trainings or other activities
7. Conduct other tasks assigned by line manager

Medical Intern in Clinical Trials Associate
Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to team members during the conduct of clinical development
2. Track documents, collect data for spreadsheets, run reports and follow up with Investigator Sites under the guidance of Clinical Trial Associates and other team members
3. Use strong organizational skills to manage study documents and supplies during study initiation, ongoing management and study closeout
4. Interact effectively with a wide range of individuals, both internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve key deliverables

Medical Intern in Clinical Site Monitor
Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate expediting the pre-study and study initiation processes including the conduct of Pre-Study Evaluation and Site Initiation visits
2. Shadow SMNs during site initiation visits to learn on-site monitoring practices
3. Learn ICH/GCP importance and how it is applied in clinical research
4. Support clinical study teams to identify trends in recruitment issues
5. Identify opportunities to interact, build and strengthen professional and collaborative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
6. Leverage existing website (and enhance) to enable SMN team ability to collaborate across locations, share practices, and use as a resource to access documents, guidance documents, etc
7. Attend project team meetings to better understand regional clinical operations and clinical trial conduct in China
8. Document key issues during the discussion to understand challenges in operational execution
9. Conduct other tasks assigned by line manager
Main Requirements:
1. Medical or life science major and recognized post-graduate qualifications
2. Detail-oriented, good observational skills, analytical and conceptual capabilities
3. Effective planning and organizing skills to work in a dynamic environment with competitive projects and deadlines
4. Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable local regulations is a plus
