Internship Program实习生计划介绍

Ÿ   Resource of Students: 本科或研究生

Ÿ   Students major: 药学，临床药学，药事管理，公卫，统计等相关专业

Ÿ   Internship period: 6个月或更多，可根据学生学习课程灵活安排

Ÿ   Compensation for intern: 2000人民币/月，并为实习生上保险

Ÿ   Opportunity: 经过实习期，如双方均满意，实习生将有优先被选择加入公司的机会。

Intern Title- Feasibility coordinator, or Clinical Trial Assistant, or Site Management Coordinator, or Clinical Project Coordinator

Location: Beijing or Shanghai

Responsibility

·        Database maintenance

·        Some publication writing, information collection

·        Doing basics research online

·        Tracking of metrics

·        Support team member on document preparation and filling

·        Contact sites/PIs for some simple questionnaire under the oversight and coach from China project leads

·        Analysis of databases and internet research for RFPs, publications, feasibilities

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·        Good communication skills (English preferred)

·        Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications

·        Good sense on data analysis

·        Good team work skills

·        Good communication skills---- Very important, the candidate should enjoy the communication with others

·        Problem solving skills

·        Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output

·        Ability to prioritize own workloads to meet deadlines

·        Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications

·        Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
