美敦力雏鹰计划介绍Medtronic Eyas Program

“美敦力雏鹰计划”作为美敦力大中华区人才发展策略的重要组成部分，其目的在于通过结构化的培训发展项目来促进业务培训生在组织中的成长与发展，从而使他们快速地成长为组织合格的专业人才。

该计划主要由项目经理，教练项目，3周的雏鹰训练营，为期2年的培训计划，教练辅导，轮岗和定期的沟通平台构成。在此期间，直线经理，HR经理和相关的教练密切配合，确保每个业务培训生的有效成长，最终成为公司优秀的储备人才。

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Trainee（北京、上海、广州、成都、天津、宁波、温州、杭州、呼和浩特）, Marketing Trainee (上海) will help on Medtronic products selling and market promotion.

Clinical Trainee (北京、上海、厦门、长沙、扬州、泰州、南通、苏州、杭州、合肥、石家庄) will represent Medtronic during surgeries, implants and follow-ups by providing strong technical support.

R&D Trainee (上海) will support Medtronic product and technology development efforts for the product and therapy markets in China.

Regulatory Affairs Trainee (北京) will provide supports on product registration operations.

Legal Trainee (上海) will help on the implementation of Dealer Engagement and Compliance Programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Law.

Strong interest in sales or therapy development area in medical device industry.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

•          To represent Medtronic during surgeries, implants and follow-ups by providing strong technical support

•          To ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Medtronic Shanghai Innovation Center (MSIC) is a Medtronic’s regional R&D organization, which is located in China and focuses on localized product development and attaching local technical talents. MSIC fully leverages its geographical advantages within the emerging markets, and collaborates with individual Business Unit on collecting and analyzing market insights, and establishes corresponding solutions to address high priority emerging market needs via local research and development.

The individual chosen for this position will support Medtronic product and technology development efforts for the product and therapy markets in China.  The qualified candidate will have the potential opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to define and analyze product requirements for Medtronic in China and other Emerging Markets.  The individual will report to the Medtronic Shanghai Innovation Center (MSIC) Functional Leader and will work closely with relevant Business Unit Liaison in China and with the regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in China to define and implement product and service opportunities for China. Partnership with the Marketing/Product Planning Specialists and Regulatory Specialists will assure Chinese customer feedback is applied to product development activities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Reports to the functional leader in MSIC. Work with cross-functional teams to support the collection and analysis of the customer needs in China and other emerging markets.

•          Builds relationships with key physicians and KOLs and participate in market research to complement product development and positioning strategies.

•          Understands customer wants and works with Medtronic to achieve them. Helps to define products needed in order to accelerate local growth.

•          Gathers information and documents for background on innovative products and clinical uses.  Uses a fundamental knowledge of bioengineering along with advanced engineering principles to contribute to the design of novel products and instrumentation.

•          Involves in product development at all phases from idea generation through to commercialization

•          Plans and performs relevant testing required for products and instrumentation, based on internal testing requirements, and current compliance and regulatory

•          Supports creation and management of design history documents and technical files

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

•          Speak and write Mandarin and English fluently.

法规事务培训生 (Regulatory Affairs Trainee)

•          Regulatory Affairs Trainee will work in regulatory affairs department

•          Location: Beijing(北京)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Reporting to Regulatory Affairs Manager, perform and manage day-to-day product registration operations and ensure timely completion of the registration tasks assigned, in compliance with local applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and Medtronic’s policies and SOPs.  Assist in the regulatory affairs activities assigned.

•          Draft product registration strategy plan for review and approval, timely make recommendations to adjust the strategy and action plan to manager.

•          Compile registration dossier and prepare other regulatory documents (e.g., product standard, local IFU) and ensure timely regulatory submission upon internal review and approval.

•          Coordinate internal departments (e.g. SBU, BU and logistic) in product registration process.

•          Communicate with regulatory agencies/institutes (e.g., SFDA, Evaluation Center, Testing Center) on product registration, including but not limited to type testing, regulatory inquiries, review committee meetings.

•          Monitor regulations and review process for ensuring the data presented fully represent what is practically required and the constantly changing regulations to be followed. Address questions timely. Insure earliest possible registration.

•          Properly maintain all regulatory documentation.

•          Legal Trainee will work in Legal and compliance department.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Responsible for implementing and project managing Medtronic Global Policy in Greater China region, especially the Anti-Corruption Policy, to internal employees and external business partners;

•          Draft and file the legal and compliance related documents to ensure the documentation comply with the internal and external legal and compliance requirements;

•          Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
